Fraser Health is hiring Casual Dietitians for Home Health, Primary and Community Care, and Urgent Primary Care Centre teams. You will deliver community-based nutrition care, create shared client plans, and support clients, families, and staff. The work includes education, counseling, clinical documentation, and collaboration with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities: Assess nutritional needs of clients and families
Provide nutrition education through clinics, calls, and home visits
Develop shared care plans with interprofessional teams
Maintain clinical records and statistical information
Review literature and maintain nutrition resources
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics
Accredited community nutrition or dietetics internship completion
Two years of recent related community experience
Current College of Dietitians of BC membership
Valid BC Driver's Licence
