Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop customs professionals
Monitor KPIs, standards, audits, and filing accuracy
Manage exception files and implement corrective actions
Issue work instructions across customs processing activities
Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology
Requirements: Two to five years of customs brokerage experience
Prior supervisory or team lead experience
Knowledge of CBSA regulations and clearance procedures
Experience with CW1; CARM familiarity is an asset
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
