Support daily thrift store operations with customer service and inventory skills at The Salvation Army’s Brentwood Bay, BC location. This permanent full-time position serves guests, donors, and staff.

As Shift Supervisor, you operationally support the Store Manager across store activities while also performing Sales Associate duties. Your work includes transactions, donation processing, merchandising, stock replenishment, security monitoring, and maintaining a clean, organized store. You may lead Store Associates when the manager is absent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close the store according to procedures
- Process, sort, price, store, and replenish donations
- Complete accurate cash and debit transactions
- Maintain displays, shelves,



cleanliness, and store organization
- Lead associates and provide on-the-job training when required

Requirements:

- Completion of some high school
- Two years of store or warehouse experience
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently
- Successful applicable screening and background checks
