The role is well suited to an experienced Canadian tax professional who enjoys complex private company tax planning and advisory work. You will work closely with the firm's tax leadership and clients on matters including: Corporate reorganizations and restructuring M&A; and transaction-related tax matters Tax planning for owner-managed and privately held businesses Reviewing complex tax work prepared by other team members The role is primarily focused on tax planning and advisory, with limited compliance responsibilities and no significant business development requirement.

Several years of Canadian tax planning experience Completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program or equivalent advanced tax training Strong experience advising private companies and owner-managed businesses Experience with corporate reorganizations,



estate planning and related tax matters Solid technical judgment and communication skills Public accounting experience preferred The successful candidate should be comfortable travelling occasionally to the Sudbury office for team meetings and collaboration.
