As a Senior Technical Project Manager within Thinkific’s Research & Development Program Management team, you will own high-stakes delivery across engineering, product, data, and go-to-market. Translate business objectives into executable plans, manage dependencies, and communicate decisions clearly. The work centers on improving how Thinkific ships through strong standards, metrics, and thoughtful stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

Five-plus years in technical or program management
