Protect Sephora assets at BC-Pacific Centre in Vancouver through retail surveillance, theft deterrence, and operational control support. This is a full-time position.

As an Asset Protection Partner, you will protect store assets against theft and work with Leadership to reduce shortage. Responsibilities include CCTV surveillance, apprehensions, reporting, audits, employee training, and inventory support. You will also collaborate with law enforcement, mall security, retailers, stores, and the District Loss Prevention Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales-floor and CCTV surveillance to deter external theft
- Prepare theft, recovery, accident investigation, and audit reports
- Provide loss prevention training for new and current employees
- Conduct self-audits, checklists,



and safety inspections
- Assist Leadership with inventory preparation and processing

Requirements:

- One year of retail asset protection or loss prevention experience
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Required provincial or local licensing eligibility and maintenance
- Solid written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
