Support commercial contracts at XTM Group as a Commercial Paralegal, working hybrid three to four days from the office. Apply contract review and negotiation skills.
Reporting to the Legal & Compliance Director and Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide daily legal support across XTM Group. The work focuses on customer and supplier agreements, risk identification, and business support. You will collaborate with Sales and stakeholders across departments while developing knowledge of privacy and technology matters.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and support negotiation of commercial agreements
Support Sales through contract review and negotiation processes
Identify legal and commercial risks in contractual terms
Maintain templates, policies, playbooks,



and supporting documentation
Support privacy, intellectual property, and general legal matters
Requirements: Commercial contract experience as a Paralegal or similar
Experience with NDAs, customer, supplier, and business agreements
Legal qualification or relevant legal training preferred
Interest in GDPR, privacy regulations, and general legal principles
Solid organisation, communication, and prioritisation skills
Bring commercial contract expertise, practical judgment, and collaboration skills to XTM Group’s hybrid Legal team.
