The Heavy Haul Dispatcher serves as the primary contact between drivers and Q-Line Trucking. You will assign loads, monitor activity, and support compliance with safety, customer, and transportation requirements. Specialized over-dimensional and heavy haul knowledge is required.
Key Responsibilities: Dispatch drivers and assign loads, tasks, and instructions
Optimize fleet productivity through effective load planning
Monitor driver and equipment activity, resolving issues promptly
Confirm ETAs, appointments, and cross-border documentation




Manage driver scheduling, leave, and return-to-work coordination
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Transportation operations and dispatch process understanding
Transportation industry experience preferred
Heavy haul dispatch experience considered an asset
