The Site Superintendent oversees multiple system deliveries for major projects. This experienced leader coordinates security, Audio Visual, and structured cabling work while managing budgets, resources, procurement, commissioning, and risks. The position supports project personnel, subcontractors, clients, and general contractors through completion.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver low voltage systems for recent construction projects
Coordinate workers, subcontractors, project personnel, and operations
Manage schedules, resources, procurement, commissioning, and risk mitigation
Report project progress and financials to stakeholders
Maintain documentation,



communications, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
Requirements: Five-plus years installing and commissioning commercial security systems
Two-plus years leading installation teams or serving as Foreman
Experience with CCTV, access control, intrusion, and intercom systems
Ability to interpret construction drawings and Division 28 documentation
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
