Key Responsibilities: Carry civil litigation files independently from day to day
Keep clients informed about progress and next steps
Complete timely steps across assigned litigation files
Draft pleadings and correspondence for active matters
Attend motions, applications, and trials
Requirements: Three or more years of legal experience preferred
Experience as a civil litigation lawyer
Solid legal writing and communication skills
Self-starter who works effectively without supervision
Reliable ability to work in person in Toronto
