As Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will guide a strategic function supporting digital transformation across Saskatchewan. Partner with HR and business leaders while applying labour-market insight, recruitment analytics, employer branding, and accessible hiring practices. Your work will connect workforce planning with practical attraction and hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Coach and guide the Talent Acquisition team
Build sustained partnerships and talent pipelines
Develop sourcing campaigns and recruitment tools
Advise leaders on workforce and hiring strategies




Translate talent data into strategic recommendations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Five years of progressive Human Resources experience
Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employment legislation
Experience coaching others and influencing leaders
Confidence using recruitment technology, analytics, and digital tools
Shape digital health hiring through talent strategy, labour-market insight, accessible recruitment, and people-focused leadership at eHealth Saskatchewan.
