Build growth strategy and own marketing performance as Spirit of Math’s Marketing Manager in Toronto, Ontario, leading hands-on execution.
This Marketing Manager leads strategy, budgets, campaigns, and reporting across more than 35 corporate and franchise campuses. The role supports measurable student registrations and lasting brand awareness through Google Ads, Meta advertising, analytics, and conversion optimization. You will lead a small internal team, coordinate agencies, and partner with campus leaders across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Build annual marketing plans, budgets, and quarterly campus priorities
Track awareness, leads, assessments, registrations, and retention
Launch and optimize digital, social, email, web, local, and print campaigns
Establish workflows for approvals, reporting,



brand compliance, and deadlines
Partner with campuses on local marketing and underperformance
Requirements: At least five years of marketing management experience
Leadership experience managing a team of three or more
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta advertising, analytics, and lead funnels
Experience building processes, projects, and KPI reporting
Bachelor’s degree and robust stakeholder communication skills
Bring strategic marketing leadership, performance analytics, and campaign execution to Spirit of Math’s growing Canadian campus network.
