The Sales Consultant increases revenue through existing customer development and new customer acquisition. You will assess needs, prepare quotes in Moraware, and manage opportunities through the CRM. The position also supports project coordination from initial lead through completion.
Key Responsibilities: Develop relationships with new and existing clients
Promote stone products and pursue monthly sales targets
Conduct consultations and qualify leads through needs assessment
Prepare accurate, timely Moraware quotes
Guide customers through project completion and coordination
Requirements: High school diploma required
Two or more years of customer-facing experience
Product knowledge competency
Client consultation competency
CRM navigation competency
Bring customer care, granite product knowledge, and consultation skills to The Granite Guys’ countertop sales team.
