As Recruitment Specialist, you will guide hiring from requisition approval through offer acceptance. The work includes job advertising, ATS pipeline management, application screening, and preliminary interviews. You will also coordinate hiring-manager interviews and support selection processes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and post job advertisements across recruitment channels
Source candidates and manage ATS candidate pipelines
Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Prepare offer letters and coordinate background checks
Requirements: Two to four years of relevant human resources experience
Demonstrated full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Human Resources related post-secondary degree or diploma
Hands-on ATS and candidate sourcing tools experience
Robust interviewing, communication, organization, and detail skills
