Provide autonomous seniors health care as a Registered Nurse with SE Health, using evidence-informed practice and client- and family-centered care.
This casual Registered Nurse position covers evening and night shifts. You will deliver integrated, holistic nursing care in supportive living or long-term care, meeting physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs. New graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities: Assess residents and develop, implement, review, and evaluate care plans
Provide nursing care following standards, policies, and physicians’ orders
Monitor conditions, document changes, and arrange clinical referrals
Advocate for residents and families while promoting independence
Lead multidisciplinary collaboration, teaching, delegation,



and care planning
Requirements: Current Registered Nurse certificate with CARNA in good standing
Valid Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Level C CPR certificate
Recent experience with elderly or disabled persons preferred
Robust communication, collaboration, and conflict management skills
Ability to lift approximately fifty-five pounds and move frequently
Support seniors through autonomous assessment, compassionate nursing care, clinical leadership, and evidence-informed practice at SE Health.
