Lead warehouse operations through receiving, picking, and shipping while keeping safety and customer service central every day. This is an on-site, hands-on supervisory role.
Reporting to the Inventory & Distribution Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily building-material operations. You will organize priorities, support employees, improve processes, and solve inventory or logistics challenges. The work spans storage, order fulfillment, equipment safety, records, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
Set team priorities for timely customer orders
Support employees and address performance concerns fairly
Maintain accurate inventory and operational records
Improve efficiency, accuracy,



and material handling practices
Requirements: Two to five years’ warehouse, distribution, lumber, or manufacturing experience
Experience leading people and coordinating team activities
Knowledge of storage, handling, forklifts, and lifting safety
Solid organization, prioritization, and communication skills
Safety-first mindset and customer service commitment
