You will improve manufacturing procedures, map processes, and use data to support safer, faster, more cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities: Review and update SOPs, work instructions, and manuals
Create or update AutoCAD layouts and optimize processes
Document standard work for manufacturing operations
Present project findings and recommendations to leadership
Support root cause investigations using Lean and Six Sigma
Requirements: Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree
Strong Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, charts, and analysis
Experience using AI tools for process improvement
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work on manufacturing floors wearing required PPE
Build manufacturing experience through Excel analysis, AI-supported improvement, AutoCAD layouts, and Lean problem-solving at Trench Canada.
