This physician specialist provides reproductive and gynaecological care within Canada’s largest multi-site fertility clinic. Responsibilities include fertility treatment assistance, care planning, clinical documentation, and patient education. The position also supports research initiatives related to reproductive health and infertility treatments.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct reproductive health and gynaecological patient assessments
Assist with ovulation monitoring, medications, and fertility procedures
Manage treatment plans and explain fertility options
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and support staff




Document clinical data using Epic or Cerner systems
Requirements: Hold CPSO licensure or equivalent Canadian jurisdiction credentials
Have hospital or outpatient reproductive endocrinology experience preferred
Demonstrate solid reproductive health and patient care knowledge
Communicate compassionately with patients and multidisciplinary teams
Understand medication administration and home care instructions
Apply reproductive endocrinology, fertility treatment, and compassionate patient care skills within CReATe Fertility’s clinical team.
