Design learning solutions for Aecon’s Integrated Digital Delivery team using instructional design, Articulate360, and technical content development expertise. This specialist role supports digital capability development.
As part of Aecon’s Learning & Development team, you will support IDD learning needs while reporting to the Learning Design Team Lead. You will work with the Learning Experience Designer, functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and Learning Business Partners. The work covers learning pathways, onboarding, blended learning, learner support, and continuous improvement across IDD’s Six Pillar Framework.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate IDD learning initiatives, pathways, onboarding, and engagement activities
Develop guides, job aids, presentations, videos, and eLearning content




Translate technical information into accessible learning resources
Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning sessions as required
Track participation, completion, feedback, and engagement metrics
Requirements: Three to five years’ experience in adult learning and design
Experience translating complex technical information into learning materials
Blended learning design and development experience
Microsoft 365, Articulate360, and SuccessFactors proficiency
Portfolio demonstrating learning design and development capabilities
Bring technical learning design, facilitation, and digital content expertise to Aecon’s Integrated Digital Delivery learning programs.
