We are seeking a
Senior Research Analyst
to lead analytical development and support GMP laboratory operations. This role combines scientific expertise, project leadership, and team mentorship to ensure high-quality, compliant analytical results that support drug product development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and validation of analytical methods for drug products.Plan and execute analytical activities aligned with project timelines. Analyze data and provide actionable insights.Manage GMP stability studies and investigate OOS/OOT results.Oversee daily lab activities and documentation. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and data integrity standards.Support analytical equipment, CDS, and stability systems (e.G., SLIM, ELN, LIMS).Train and mentor analysts and technicians.QualificationsMSc in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field5+ years in analytical development in the pharmaceutical industryStrong knowledge of GMP, method validation, and stability programsExperience with chromatography systems and laboratory software (CDS, LIMS, ELN)Robust leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
