Candidates should be a 2020 call (at a minimum) and have 5 plus years’ experience practicing family law in ON and be a member in positive standing with the ON Bar Association.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients in family law cases dealing with complex property, income imputation, support, and custody/access issues
Appear before Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice on conferences, motions and trials dealing with family law issues
Draft pleadings, factums, briefs, affidavits, and other court materials for submissions in family law cases
Negotiate favourable settlement by taking client-focused approach and strategic planning of each case

Required:
Member in good standing with the Ontario Bar
Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English
Have 5+years’ of experience working with family law files in Ontario
