You will bring first-class experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex, highly matrixed, Canada-wide organization. You’ll be particularly strong in talent management, succession planning and workforce planning, with a forward-thinking approach to technology, automation and the ethical application of AI within HR.





You’ll be team-oriented, hands-on and commercially minded, operating as a true strategic partner to business leaders who genuinely value the People & Culture function.

As this is a project-based business, strong workforce planning capability will be essential. Fluency in both English and French is required.

The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the office, and can be based across Canada.
