Are you an experienced Aircraft Structures Design qualified ready to take the next step in your leadership career?

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of Integration Specialists within a leading aerospace organization.

This chance is open to both experienced Engineering Managers and Senior Technical Leads, Principal Engineers, or Technical Experts looking to transition into a management role.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Integration Specialists.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on aircraft structures design decisions.
Coordinate engineering activities across multidisciplinary teams, program leaders, and external suppliers.
Oversee engineering priorities, deliverables, budgets, and Statements of Work (SOW).
Support the resolution of complex technical challenges, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For




Advanced expertise in Aircraft Structures Design — essential.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Extensive aerospace industry experience, ideally 20 years, working on complex engineering projects.
Experience in technical leadership, team supervision, or engineering coordination.
Knowledge of engineering design tools, aircraft manufacturing processes, and Material Review Board (MRB) procedures.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Skilled fluency in both English and French.
