Assistant Sales Manager

Grenier Automobile is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join its team!

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in the day-to-day management of the department.
Support the sales team in closing deals and transactions.
Train, coach, and motivate Sales Consultants.
Perform “TOs” (taking over customer interactions to help close sales).
Ensure lead distribution and follow-up.
Support sales representatives during customer negotiations.
Monitor sales objectives and team performance to ensure targets are met.
Perform any other duties related to the position.

Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
Management or leadership experience (a significant asset).
Strong leadership, organizational skills, and team-oriented mindset.
Results-driven with a strong customer service focus.
