Lead engineering projects through design, validation, and launch while coordinating designers, draftsmen, and engineers with accountability for delivery.This Engineering Project Leader reports to the Project Engineering Manager and supervises assigned project execution. The work spans scope definition, risk management, reporting, testing, budget adherence, and change management. You will coordinate project activities from design through implementation and potentially production launch.Key Responsibilities:
Lead scope, requirements, risk, reporting, and change managementCoordinate design reviews, FMEA, and Hazard AnalysesTrack progress, budgets, tasks, and hour assessmentsPrepare technical and financial project status reportsProvide engineering support across Production and Quality AssuranceRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalentProject Management credentialsFive or more years in a related fieldLeadership and Project Management skillsAvailability for approximately fifteen percent US travelApply your engineering leadership, project management, and validation expertise across complex product development projects.
