Sunset Grill is looking for friendly, energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our breakfast and brunch restaurant team.

We are seeking candidates who can provide excellent customer service while assisting with serving, cashier duties, and hosting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is professional, hardworking, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Server / Waitress Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve breakfast and lunch dishes promptly.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their meals.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.

Cashier Duties
- Process customer payments using the POS system.
- Accept cash, debit, and credit card payments.
- Handle takeout orders and telephone orders.
- Ensure accurate billing and payment transactions.
- Maintain an organized and clean cashier station.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

Hostess / Host Duties
- Welcome customers as they enter the restaurant.




- Seat guests efficiently and professionally.
- Manage customer waitlists during busy periods.
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Assist with takeout order coordination.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming entrance.
- Support servers during busy breakfast and brunch hours.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience working in a breakfast restaurant is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
- Willingness to assist with different restaurant duties.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Work Schedule
- Morning and daytime shifts.
- Weekday and weekend availability.
- Weekend availability is essential.
- Part-time and/or full-time opportunities, depending on restaurant requirements.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
