Service Advisor – as part of the front-line staff this position is responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with top-notch customer service, consultation and explanation of required vehicle services and tire requirements. Details as:

- Managing the workload and scheduling of 2-3 technicians
- Answering phone calls and speaking to customers in person to schedule work and explain necessary repairs.
- Create quotes,



order parts, and invoice completed jobs.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Have a basic or better knowledge of how passenger vehicles operate.
- Have a good knowledge of computers and various programs.
- Be valuable with people and able to articulate complex issues.
- Have a valid drivers license.
- Be well organized
- Work well in a team
- Current, valid driver’s license
