The ServiceNow Developer (Sr. Associate) will serve as a hybrid ServiceNow developer and product owner, working closely with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather and prioritize requirements, manage the ServiceNow backlog, and deliver technical solutions aligned with business strategies. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

Relevant ServiceNow Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer)

Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows.

Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Up to 5% travel, as required.





Knowledge of NowCreate and ServiceNow implementation best practices.

Experience serving as a Product Owner, Solution Consultant.

Knowledge of Virtual Agent, Now Assist/Otto and Performance Analytics.

Experience with Generative AI, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI capabilities.

Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, and other enterprise platforms.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.

Effectively prioritize and manage the ServiceNow backlog.

Deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that solve business challenges.

Balance strategic product ownership responsibilities with hands-on technical development.

Drive adoption and value realization across the ServiceNow platform. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.

The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
