As an experienced Business Consultant, you will support end-to-end delivery for a high-profile Large Complex Deal customer. You will drive process alignment, define requirements, refine roadmap priorities, and prepare a secure custom Service Portal for rollout. The work spans ServiceNow, New Service Introduction, Agile delivery, governance, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end Service Portal project execution

Translate contractual mandates into Epics and User Stories

Analyze workflows and guide future-state process adoption

Coordinate security, privacy, architecture,



and governance alignment

Track acceptance criteria, risks, issues, and leadership updates

Requirements: Five or more years in delivery, analysis, or improvement

ServiceNow and up-to-date service portal experience

Public sector or highly regulated delivery experience

Agile, Waterfall, planning, and stakeholder management proficiency
