Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Ensure proper food handling and food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and change
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations
- Assist in setting up dining areas before service and cleaning after closing shifts




- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cashiering, calculating bills, tips, and change accurately
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
