As Team Lead, you will model Kiokii’s sales and customer service values while inspiring staff to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. You will assist store management with operations, provide associate training, maintain standards, and address customer concerns. The role also supports staffing, sales targets, store setup, and Health and Safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily store operations with management
Direct, support, and train store associates
Maintain store conditions and Health and Safety standards
Resolve customer concerns and escalate matters when necessary
Drive sales performance against store targets and metrics
Requirements: Minimum one year of retail experience
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Passion for Asian beauty products and trends
Effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
