This interview position assists management with daily sort, delivery, pickup, and applicable remote domicile or feeder operations. The Courier Team Lead leads an assigned sector using Best Practices methods. You will mentor hourly employees, model strong communication, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate leadership. The position requires current courier experience and knowledge of FedEx products, service features, and general operations.
Key Responsibilities: Assist management with daily sort and delivery activities
Oversee pickup operations and applicable remote domicile activities




Lead assigned sectors through effective operational practices
Mentor hourly employees and model role model behaviour
Coach employees through communication and conflict resolution
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
One year of current courier experience
Valid driver's licence and valuable driving record
Complete basic, recurrency, and dangerous goods training
Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
