Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads daily performance and brand growth. You will recruit, develop, and inspire talent while maintaining an active sales-floor presence. The position combines customer satisfaction, operational control, merchandising, and omnichannel service.
Key Responsibilities: Inspire and develop a high-performing store team
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and satisfaction
Monitor metrics and implement performance action plans
Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and floor coverage
Optimize displays, merchandising, and omnichannel solutions
Requirements: Three or more years of team management experience
Fashion retail experience or equivalent preferred
Robust communication, organization, planning, and prioritization skills
Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
High school diploma and variable schedule flexibility
