Key Responsibilities: Manage communications calendars and coordinate daily activities
Administer ContactMonkey employee and manager newsletters
Update SharePoint and intranet content accurately
Draft, edit, and distribute internal announcements
Prepare monthly communications channel reports
Requirements: Bilingual English and French communication skills required
Postsecondary education in communications or related field
Three years of relevant communications experience
Microsoft 365 proficiency, including PowerPoint and SharePoint
Quebec cultural awareness and French content review experience
Support CLEAResult communications through bilingual writing, editorial quality control, platform administration, and organized deadline management across Ontario or Quebec.
