As a Nike Store Athlete, you will navigate individual customer needs through Nike products and services. You will also support shipments, stock areas, product placement, replenishment, and cash wrap supplies. The position reports to the Store Manager and requires at least 20 weekly hours. Customer service or retail experience is preferred, while availability includes peak periods and specified closing shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver premium consumer experiences using Nike products and services
Monitor shipments and follow up promptly on discrepancies
Keep stock areas neat, clean, and orderly




Validate box counts against bills of lading
Support product placement, replenishment, and cash wrap supplies
Requirements: Have or pursue a High School diploma or GED
Perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Communicate effectively in verbal and written English
Stand, bend, squat, reach, climb, and twist physically
Provide excellent customer service within a team
Bring Nike product knowledge, customer service, and operational accuracy to Retailors as a Store Associate.
