Support people living with mental illness through coaching, skill development, and meaningful programming across LakeCity Works’ social enterprises.
As a Program Coordinator, you will support participants and supported employees across employment, volunteer, and recreation programs. You will understand individual strengths, goals, and ambitions while helping deliver activities across operational areas. The work requires collaboration with colleagues, participants, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities: Understand participant strengths, goals, and ambitions directly
Develop individualized coaching and skill-building plans
Assess supported employment candidates and support their goals
Deliver employment, volunteer, and recreation programs
Prepare accurate funding reports and assessments
Requirements: Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
Conflict management and problem-solving abilities
Current knowledge of community resources and services
Competence using Microsoft Office applications
Ability to complete a vulnerable sector check
Bring coaching, assessment, and interpersonal skills to supported employment programming with LakeCity Works participants and employees.
