As a Registered Care Aide, you will assist with delivering client care according to established policies, standards, and procedures. Northern Health supports hospital and community-based care across Northern BC. The position requires current registration and cooperation with care teams.
Key Responsibilities: Assist interdisciplinary team members with client care delivery
Follow established policies, standards, and procedures
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Organize assigned work under general supervision
Operate related equipment as required
Requirements: Current registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
Grade 10 and recognized Nursing Assistant Program graduation
Equivalent education, training, and experience may qualify
Ability to deal effectively with others
Physical ability to carry out position duties
