Measure commercial roofs and document field conditions for Coast Mountain Roof Ltd. in a full time Langley, BC field-based position. Travel across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley is required.
As a Roofing Site Surveyor, you will support commercial roofing sales and estimating by gathering complete site information. The work includes roof measurements, photographs, condition documentation, and communication with property managers, building owners, and clients. Accurate reports must reach estimating within 24 hours.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct commercial and multi-family roof surveys across assigned regions
Measure roofing areas, systems, components, and conditions
Photograph sites and prepare accurate survey reports
Identify deficiencies, potential leaks,



and access conditions
Submit completed information within 24 hours of visits
Requirements: Valid British Columbia Class 5 driver's license
Knowledge of roofing systems and common problems
Familiarity with the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and safely at heights
