Perform store management functions when the Head Coach is absent
Coordinate daily activities for business support staff
Set team priorities and coordinate work with supervisors




Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities
Requirements: Extensive retail experience with two or more management years
Passion for sports or sports fashion
Availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and some overnights
Ability to support brand plans and company initiatives
Experience recruiting and hiring diverse, energetic talent
