Key Responsibilities: Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs
Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal building-system checks
Prepare vacant suites through repairs, painting, and final inspections
Inspect buildings and grounds, reporting deficiencies and safety concerns




Meet contractors onsite and confirm completed work
Requirements: Two or more years residential or commercial maintenance experience
Valid driver's licence for travel between properties
