This permanent full-time Store Associate position provides customer service, donation processing, and merchandise support. You will greet guests, complete transactions, price products, replenish inventory, and maintain store standards. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports the organization’s mission and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and donors courteously throughout store operations
- Complete cash and debit transactions accurately
- Sort, price, hang, and store donated goods
- Replenish sales-floor inventory and support donation turnover
- Maintain organized, attractive, and secure store areas

Requirements:

- Completion of some high school coursework
- A few months’ customer service or goods-processing experience
- Cash handling and cash register experience
- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
