About Us For over 80 years, Auto Electric Service Ltd. and Mainline Fleet Service have served Saskatchewans automotive, agricultural, fleet, body shop, and industrial markets. We are a locally owned and operated company with locations across southern Saskatchewan.

We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Mainline Fleet Service team in Regina.

Responsibilities

*Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.

*Identify and record shortages, overages, or damaged product.

*Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders, stock transfers, and next-day shipments.

*Stage orders for customer pickup, delivery, courier, or internal routes.

*Put away stock in correct bin locations and maintain accurate inventory.

*Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification.

*Keep warehouse, shelving, aisles, and packing areas clean, organized, and safe.

*Follow company SOPs, safety policies, PPE requirements, and Dangerous Goods regulations.





*Provide backup delivery driving and dispatch support as required.

*Assist other warehouse and customer service areas during busy periods.

Qualifications

*Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.

*Able to repeatedly lift 3050 lbs.

*Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

*Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines.

*Basic computer skills;

experience with inventory and courier systems is an asset.

*Valid drivers license required.
