Siding Installer Victoria/Sidney/Langford/Sooke/Saanich/Esquimalt ROGCS Construction Services is a Victoria-based company specializing in exteriors. We handle everything from siding panels, metal fascia, wall panels, and painting to exterior trim, flashing, soffits, and window/door installations.

We're hiring for a Siding Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be part of a crew of siding installers on both commercial and residential projects across the Greater Victoria Region. You'll have day-to-day site activities, manage layout and installation, enforce safety protocols, maintain quality standards, and keep projects on schedule.

Wage: $28.00 TO $35 per hour, permanent full-time

What do you need?

- Minimum 2 years of experience in siding installation projects.
- In-depth experience in siding installations on both commercial and residential projects
- Must be willing to work across different sites in Victoria, Sooke, Sidney, Nanaimo & Duncan.
- Adhere to safety practices, including lifting and handling procedures.
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Must have experience with hand and power tools.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit & able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Your own tools, PPE, hard hat, and safety boots.
- Part of the hiring process may include a criminal record check.

Key Responsibilities:

- Layout and siding installation on-site.
- Measure, mark, and prep surfaces accurately.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and digital plans.
- Follow safety protocols at all times.
- Perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions.
