Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Skilled Laborer to support a variety of oilfield construction projects. The ideal candidate is adaptable, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work effectively with a crew while following project plans and safety procedures. Assignments may involve general labor as well as specialized tasks based on experience.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project instructions to complete work accurately.

- Use hand tools and power tools safely for construction, repair, and installation tasks.

- Operate heavy equipment when qualified and authorized.

- Perform restoration and general construction work, maintain an orderly work area, and follow site safety practices.

- Coordinate with supervisors and crew members to meet project specifications and timelines.

Requirements

- Oilfield construction experience and familiarity with common job-site practices.





- Practical ability with hand tools and power tools, and a commitment to using them safely.

- Blueprint-reading and schematic-interpretation skills, or willingness to develop them.

- Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.

- Experience in the oil and gas industry is an asset

- Ability to perform physical job duties, such as standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors or in changing site conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Willingness to follow all applicable safety procedures and use required protective equipment.

- Safety tickets are an asset; H2S, First Aid, CSO, WHMIS & TDG
