Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned customer account portfolios through phone and email
Identify causes of past-due balances and develop payment solutions
Document collection activity and customer interactions accurately
Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales




Improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
Fluent written and verbal English and French
One-plus years’ collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred
