You will assist with technical dispensing functions, pharmacy services, and daily maintenance under Pharmacy Standards of Practice. The position includes prescription data entry, medication selection, adjudication, packaging, labeling, customer service, and documentation. You will refer clinical inquiries and counseling needs to the pharmacist while maintaining confidentiality and privacy requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Gather prescription information according to established standards
Dispense, count, measure, package, and label medications accurately
Process third party billing and prescription adjudication




Refer clinical inquiries and counseling needs to pharmacists
Maintain dispensary cash register and prescription documentation
Requirements: Registration with the corresponding provincial licensing college
Diploma from a Pharmacy Technician College
Previous pharmacy experience preferred
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
