This Maintenance Technician supports daily upkeep across guestrooms and public spaces. The position combines landscaping, grounds work, painting, carpentry, equipment maintenance, and guest interaction. Work includes preventative maintenance, furniture restoration, bicycle fleet upkeep, and building care.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain guestrooms and public spaces with personalized guest service
Complete landscaping duties and general grounds work
Handle painting, carpentry, and equipment maintenance projects
Assist with schedule-based preventative maintenance programs




Restore furniture and maintain the bicycle fleet
Requirements: Exemplary customer service and willingness to exceed guest expectations
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Availability for evenings, weekends, and all weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
Valid BC Class 5 driver's license or eligibility
