Apply special-diet considerations during meal preparation
Perform institutional cooking in AVENS’ kitchen
Report to the Food Services Manager
Requirements: Completed culinary program
At least two years commercial or institutional cooking experience
Experience working with elderly people is an asset
Current valid Food Protected Certification and WHMIS 2015 are assets
Obtain and maintain satisfactory Vulnerable Sector criminal record check
Bring culinary preparation, institutional cooking, and special-diet awareness to nutritious resident meals at AVENS.
