Labatt’s 15-week internship offers meaningful project ownership for students pursuing Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related studies. You will work with Brewmasters, Brewing Managers, frontline teams, and cross-functional partners. The experience spans brewhouse, cellar, and fermentation operations.
Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver a strategic brewery operations project
Identify process efficiency and operational performance improvements
Analyze brewing, fermentation, quality, and operational metrics




Participate in operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Support quality, sanitation, testing, sensory, and compliance programs
Requirements: Study in an eligible undergraduate degree program
Return to school in September 2027
Graduate in December 2027 or later
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Demonstrate curiosity, ownership, integrity, and collaboration
Develop brewing operations expertise through strategic projects, data analysis, and continuous improvement at Labatt London Brewery.
