Easton’s Group of Hotels seeks a Maintenance Worker for Courtyard and TownePlace Suites Toronto Northeast Markham. You will maintain hotel facilities, equipment, guest rooms, exterior areas, and safety standards. The work includes minor repairs, preventive maintenance, asset security, and guest communication.
Key Responsibilities: Complete minor repairs involving plumbing, lighting, painting, and equipment
Perform assigned preventive maintenance and prepare equipment for daily operations
Monitor electrical systems, access doors, lighting, and air conditioning controls
Maintain guest rooms, entrances,



parking areas, grounds, and facilities
Respond promptly to guest questions and report unsafe conditions
Requirements: One or more years of general building maintenance experience
Basic plumbing, electrical, hand tool, and preventive maintenance knowledge
Basic reading, writing, and mathematics skills
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
